Outside you can enjoy large spaces, picnic table under the trees, pétanque court, large garage with laundry room and kitchen area. Enjoy a large south-facing furnished terrace overlooking a field for your outdoor meals and moments of relaxation by the heated swimming pool 9m x 4m.

Cycle path 800m away to take you peacefully to the city center as well as the beaches. By car, beach 10 minutes away, Hossegor 20 minutes away, the motorway 10 minutes away to explore the Basque Country and Spain.

Please note that the house is not suitable for disabled people.

Arrival
We welcome you on Saturday from 4 p.m., possibility of returning the keys in a key box if necessary.
Departure
Departure must be no later than 10 a.m. on Saturday morning.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
The security deposit for the house in the amount of 1500 euros must be made when taking up accommodation, a check for this amount will be requested and not cashed.
